Custom fields in lists

May I please submit a feature request to be able to to add custom fields in lists?

Use case, I want to create a list for medical specialists and one useful field would be their area of specialisation e.g. "orthopaedic surgeon" which could later be used in cold emails i.e. "As an [orthopaedic surgeon] in [city]..."
